The hardest part of revenue is the middle. That's the part we build.

Zigment builds the agents that carry a customer conversation from the first message to the close, across every channel, without losing the thread. It is a genuinely hard problem. We are looking for people who want one.

See Open Roles

Most companies route around this problem. We walked into it.

A customer clicks an ad, asks on WhatsApp, calls a number, fills a form. Five systems each hold a fragment. None of them hold the customer, so the context resets and the customer walks.

Fixing it means memory that survives a channel switch, agents that read hesitation and not just intent, and guardrails strong enough that a bank lets us talk to its customers unsupervised.

There is no staging environment for trust. Everything we ship talks to a real customer on their real worst day.

Where the work is.

Engineering and AI

Engineering and AI

Agent architecture, memory and state, retrieval, evaluation, latency. You will own systems, not tickets. If you have ever wanted to find out whether your model holds up when a customer types in Hinglish at 2am, this is that job.

Product

Product

Turning what our agents learn from millions of conversations into something a growth head in Pune and a RevOps lead in Chicago both understand on day one. Heavy customer contact. Very little committee.

Marketing

Marketing

Building a category that does not have a name yet. Positioning, content, demand, brand. You will be explaining something new to sceptical buyers in two very different markets, which is the hardest and most useful writing job there is.

Sales

Sales

Selling agentic AI to CMOs, CROs and infosec teams who have been burned by a pilot before. Long cycles, sharp buyers, real objections. You will learn more here in a year than in five somewhere easier.

Some people do the best work of their lives here. Some people last four months.

You'll do well here if

  • You are comfortable when the brief is a paragraph and the answer is yours to find.

  • You would rather own one hard thing than supervise five easy ones.

  • You can hold a strong opinion and drop it in ten minutes when someone shows you better data.

  • You want customers on the other side of your work, not a Jira board.

The real list.

Enterprise clients from your first month. Banks, carmakers, hospital groups, and brands you already know. Three markets and counting, which means learning how differently a buyer in India, the US and Europe decides to trust you. Founders in the room, not on a calendar three weeks out.

Open roles.

A short list, on purpose. We hire when the work is waiting, not when the budget clears.

Good people arrive before the role does.

If you have read this far and none of the roles fit, write to us anyway. Tell us what you would want to own here and what you have built that proves you can. We keep these, and we come back to them.

Most careers are spent on problems that were already solved.

This one isn't.
