Zigment is not responsible for external websites or third-party services linked from the platform.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
Zigment is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend Zigment against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
9. Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these terms at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice ahead of any material change.
